I like a service dept that listens to the problem, allows discussion, and has a "can do" attitude instead of rushing, half-listening, barely tolerant, I'm too busy sense. Had the Sportage less than a month when the air flap unit failed and had to be ordered. Took right at 3 weeks to receive replacement, never was updated during that period on status or reason for delay until I called. I was very impressed with the way service had been streamlined since my last visit. Dave was terrific from first contact to check out. Loved seeing a video of the work being done on my car. Wait for work to be done was not long at all. Only one little thing was my windshield wiper fluid not being filled. But overall, service was excellent. I will be back for next maintenance.

Best purchase we ever experienced and I have bought at least 25 cars in my life. The sales manager & sales gentlemen want to be sure we were happy before we left. They contacted us about 3 days later to answer any question we may have. We worked with William, Matt, and Jeffery, look them up when you are looking to buy a Kia, they will treat you right.
Mr. Eleon was very knowledgeable and very professional and answered all of our questions. I was very hesitant once I found out what my payments would be due to my not so good credit, but he assured me to keep the payments on time and when my credit score goes up I can come back in a year and upgrade with better interest.

Our car was towed overnight on Friday because the starter didn't work. We felt very fortunate to be able to have the work done on Saturday and a shuttle come to our house and pick us up to get our car from the dealership. Samantha was awesome to work with.

Send Samantha checked me in and was very professional. A few minutes later, Dav checked with me and told me to make myself at home and the customer lounge. I then received a text that they had looked over my car and recommended a couple of filters and they would complete all the checks and changed my oil and clean the car. I purchased this car six years ago and the service has been excellent. Dav told me the car was ready and I was on my way in just over an hour. As I said very excellent service.

I scheduled an appointment for a diagnostic on my 2020 Ford Edge, which was purchased at this same dealership. I was told that they would not be able to do the diagnostic at this service center, but instead they would send my car to a local Ford dealership to perform the diagnostic. Have always been happy with their service. Am a little disappointed that a 5 year car with 35k miles had the evaporator coil go bad but what can you do.

Our Kia Sorrento 2026 brand new hybrid with 660 miles on it has defective tires and they will not honor them at all. We were told they were defective because I got a flat tire and My Husband brought it to a tire place that handle these tires and they wouldn't fix it because they said it was defective and Kia of Leesburg said too bad.
Absolutely excellent dealership on top of their game in all departments. Having bought several cars from them I will be back when the time is right for my next vehicle.

Yohan the general manager is the most unprofessional person I have ever spoken to. Kia of leesburg sold me a car in December. The car was sold to me with an extended warranty. Within 2 weeks of having the car I noticed there was oil leaking on the engine and the car was burning massive amounts of oil.
