Service took much to long. Service advisor not helpful however secondary advisor straightened out. 3 hours for a simple oil change. Not acceptable.

Went to get oil change. I appreciate the easy appointment setting online. Was there the same day. Service people were very attentive and helpful. They updated us while waiting with a video of our car during service. It carefully showed our car and all they were doing for us. The service person came and retrieved us in the nice waiting area when it was done. The delivery was perfect from start to finish. No ice easygoing family place for finding a car too. Nice place.

Walk through what was done and then shown to the wedding area. After a very frustrating experience with Kia of Clermont, I honestly wasn’t expecting to have a positive experience at another Kia dealership, but Kia of Leesburg completely changed that.

For a recall on the driver's side seat switch area. I took the car in. They completed the work in 2 hours which is what they estimated. AND they did a 360 inspection, filled windshield washer reservoir, checked tire pressure etc. at no charge.
